QA/QC Introduction

Our QC team members control quality through design verification, materials inspection, production supervision and final inspection before delivery. The success of our quality control is rooted in the ability of every member to completely inspect the performance of all products.

Every team member endeavors to recognize and handle defect products at an early stage of the inspection in order to ensure that the product does not proceed to latter stages of QC inspection. All tests and experiments are conducted with such accurate instruments as photometers, integrating spheres, dynamometers and compression resistance testing apparatus.
